All Daily Reconciliation

  • The "All Daily Reconciliation" page includes all previous and current daily reconciliations.
  • By default, the daily reconciliation is filtered by last month, to view a daily reconciliation from a different date, please change the selected date from the filter section.
  • Click the "Current Daily Reconciliation" button in the top right, to go to open the daily reconciliation for the day, or go to the currently opened one.

  • Variance column highlights in Red any negative variances, by taking out the 'Actual Payments' from the 'Expected Payments'.

  • Reconciled Column: show what has and hasn't been reconciled against the amounts banked.

  • At the bottom of the page, you can see the totals for the actual and expected payments along with the variances.
