The repairs dashboard in SRNA consists of 3 main panels; current repairs, customers to call and updates, this article will detail each of these panels features.
Current Repairs
The current repairs panel can be sorted by clicking on the statuses listed above it (new repairs, on hold, repairing and ready to go). In order to clear the filters, click on the clear status filter button in the panel.
- In the current repairs panel, you can view all of the current repairs which are being performed and the statuses of those repairs in detail. If you would like to open those repairs and make. comment click on the repair number to the left of the desired repair.
Customers to call
In this panel, you can see all of the completed repairs where the customer has ticked the should contact customer button.
- This panel also allows you to view the repair in full detail by clicking on their respective links
Updates
The updates panel details all of the recent activity made by all workers on the system.
