Attributes

Attributes in SRNA is used to identify different products based on their characteristics, this allows for easier searching with filters and easy access to these products in general.

• Similar to products, attributes have master attributes, these come along with your subscription to a supplier, these master attributes cannot be edited by staff. However, if you would like to create your own attributes for something such as a brand you can do so by navigating the top right of the brand page (or other attributes pages) and click on the Add Brand button.

• Below you can find each attribute and their meaning;
  • Brands: The brand used to label what company engineered each product.
  • Categories: Used to label what type of product an item is. E.g. "Car Charger".
  • Colours: Used to label what specific colour a product with various colour options is.
  • Models: Phone and tablet models. E.g. iPhone 8 Plus.
  • Suppliers: Businesses that supply your various stock in-store.
