SRNA + Calendly!
SRNA has just integrated with appointment scheduling service Calendly to provide a seamless booking experience which abides by COVID-19 health guidelines.
What is Calendly?
Calendly is an appointment scheduling service which takes all of the hassle out of booking in appointments, so you can say goodbye to all your missed opportunities because of social distancing guidelines.
How does it work?
- With calendly, you can send your store's unique link to all of your customers allowing them to book appointments in any time period you specify.
- Once your customers have booked an appointment you will both receive a confirmation email or SMS
- When the appointment has been booked you will be able to view all of the details from SRNA in the Calendly tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Your customers will receive a follow-up email after there appointment asking them for their feedback on the experience.
All this while also staying Covidsafe, what more could you ask for?
How do I use it?
There are 4 easy steps to enabling Calendly in your stores with SRNA:
- Register an account on the Calendly website.
- Head over to SRNA >> Admin panel (cog icon) >> Select a store
- Click the green "Connect to Calendly" button
- You will now be redirected to a page which should confirm the integration was successful
