Multiplier and Commissions Structure Changes (21/01/21)

New Commission Structure

• We have update our commission structure based on the latest commission restructure provided by Vodafone.
• The new commission structure is currently for VOICE connection.
  • All Voice connections upfront commissions will be calculated based on the appropriate multiplier value. By multiplying the multiplier value with the plan value after subtracting the discount given and the GST Value.

Discounts in connections

• In order to accurately calculate the correct upfront commission value for each connection, we need to add the appropriate total discount given per connection. In each connection sale you can enter the total discount given, as highlighted in the screenshot below.
  
• The Total Discounts will not be detected using drag n drop. After using drag n' drop to add your connection, please ensure you click on EDIT connection button and add the total disocunt value, then click on save.
