Below are the new SRNA Appointment features:
We have designed and built a brand new appointments management solution into SRNA POS! When you navigate the appointments page, you will see a calendar where you can view any appointments booked, create new appointments and edit or delete existing appointments. This calendar will automatically refresh every 2 minutes. Creating AppointmentsClick the new appointment button atop the calendar view. This should bring up a ‘Create New Appointment’ pop-up dialogue.
Customer: The customer which has booked in an appointment Assigned To: The staff member who will be tending to the appointment Appointment Type: The reason for the appointment (type of appointment) Appointment Name: An optional name which can be entered for the appointment Start Time: The time at which the appointment will start Duration: How long the appointment will go for
Note: After clicking the submit button, depending on the email options a pop-up dialogue may open asking whether you would like to send an email to the customer.
Viewing Appointment DetailsTo view the details of a booked-in appointment, left-click the appointment you wish to see the details of and a pop-up dialogue will open, displaying the details of the appointment. Here is an example:  On the pop-up dialogue, you can click the customer name to view customer, as well as edit or delete the appointment.
Editing an Appointment
Editing an appointment in SRNA is quick and easy just follow these steps:
- Click on the appointment which you would like to edit
- Make the appropriate changes
- Click the green submit button
Deleting an Appointment To delete an appointment, like editing, you need to bring up the event details pop-up dialogue by clicking on the event. Click on the red delete button to delete; you’ll be prompted with a confirmation dialogue, click ‘yes’ to delete or ‘no’ to not to delete the appointment. This action cannot be undone. After clicking yes, as with the edit and create actions and depending on the store options, you may be asked to send an email to the customer.
